A recent review (2015 NAF), branded her as "comedy for the discerning young South African" because she tackles topical issues from white privilege and racism to the zombie apocalypse and glitter with "a wit and charm that makes her tackle potentially prickly topics in a way that is likeable and funny." Her one woman show, Yes Really Angel, is directed by comedy legend Nik Rabinowitz and is an autobiographical look at the life of a girl who was given the name of a stripper but possessed no dance skills so turned to stand up.
Her range of comedy stretches from modern life and zombies to conspiracy theories and her hippy mom's views of the planet, technology, cars and names as well as anecdotes of her time living in Korea. She takes the truth of her life and twists it into her brand of observational comedy in a style that is gender neutral and popular with all ages and kinds of South Africans. Her likeable and affable style of delivery also makes her a popular choice of MC to add personality, wit and sparkle to events.
